Google Meet
Ingest Google Meet meeting transcripts
Overview
The integration with Google Meet is a great way to get product insights from your team meetings with customers. With the integration, your team can:
- Surface trends in customer meetings
- Extract common feature requests, bug reports, and questions
- Understand customer needs directly from meeting discussions
- Summarize meeting communications into actionable product insights
If this is a one time ingestion or low data volume, we recommend you upload via CSV or Zapier instead of building a continuous pipeline.
Prerequisites
- Access to Reforge Insight Analytics
- Meeting recordings with transcripts saved
Adding the App
You can find the Google Meet integration on your integration settings page.
Go to "Settings"
Click "Integrations" in the navigation menu
Click "Google Meet"
Click "Connect"
If necessary, log in to Google using the appropriate account
Review and approve the permissions requested
Once confirmed, you will be returned to Reforge Insight Analytics where you can import meeting recording transcripts
If necessary, connect another Google account
If you need to connect multiple Google accounts, you can do so by adding each user to the Reforge Insight Analytics workspace, then authenticating with each Google account.
